About

Private Executive is a boutique advisory for filling key positions in the private world of wealthy individuals and families. We are deliberately small. Every search is led personally; no mandate is passed on.


We see ourselves as a trusted advisor, not a placement agency. Every mandate begins with listening: to the family, the office, the culture that has grown over time, and the role that is genuinely needed. Only once that picture is clear does the search begin. This is how placements last for years, not just past the probation period.


Discretion, judgement and a long view shape everything we do. We build trusted relationships between exceptional principals and exceptional professionals, and we treat every piece of information entrusted to us as what it is: private.

Romy von Roeder is a people executive with more than twenty years of experience developing organisations, from start-ups to enterprises of over 10,000 people. As SVP People & Organization at TIER Mobility she led the people organisation across 22 countries. She knows entrepreneurial families and private offices first hand and invests through the Procon family office. What sets her apart is the combination of a deep understanding of people and organisations with the discretion the private world demands. Private Executive grew out of that combination.
